An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a growing Scottish building contractor. This national contractor is involved in a variety of work from short 1-2 day turnaround projects to major lump sum infrastructure works.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior QS, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of the cost management process for designated projects. You will ensure that contracts are delivered on budget while upholding the company's high standards and values. Key responsibilities include cost management, procurement, valuation of variations, contract administration, financial reporting, risk management, and compliance.

Application Requirements
* Significant experience in a contracting QS role is essential
* Mid-level QS and Senior QS will be considered
* NEC 3 contract experience preferred
* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
* Effective written and verbal communication skills
