Working Pattern
* 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
* No weekend work
* 7:30 am to 3:00 pm

Responsibilities
* Assist in the smooth operation of kitchens, maintaining food quality standards.
* Plan, prepare, cook, and present food to high standards.
* Implement and monitor quality standards and procedures.
* Manage stock control and ordering.
* Maintain a safe environment complying with health, safety, fire, hygiene, and security legislation.
* Update HACCP records.
* Secure kitchen and storage areas.
* Promote a respectful and harmonious working environment.
* Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by the Unit Manager.
Requirements
* Experience in a similar role
* Food Hygiene Level 3 qualification
* Ability to work alternate weekends
* Strong leadership and positive attitude
* Basic statutory safety and communication skills
