We are currently recruiting for a recognised IT Services company for the role of HR Manager. You’ll play a strategic role in leading the HR function, driving employee engagement initiatives, shaping people policies, and ensuring effective HR operations that support overall business objectives.
What you’ll be doing:
* Oversee all aspects of the HR function
* Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance with laws
* Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives
* Administer performance appraisal systems to drive high performance and employee development
* Maintain a positive working environment
* Ensure accurate and timely administration of payroll, benefits, and HR records
Main Skills/ Requirements:
* HR Management experience
* Excellent organisational skills
* Proficiency with HR software and tools
* Able to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
* CIPD Level 5 or above
