This is an excellent opportunity for a multi-skilled Engineer to join a forward-thinking manufacturer,supporting production operations and ensuring equipment runs safely, efficiently, and reliably.
The successful candidate will take ownership of maintenance, fault finding, and continuous improvement activities across a busy manufacturing site, working as part of a collaborative engineering team.
Key Responsibilities Carry out planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance on a range of production machinery.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults efficiently to minimize downtime.
Support production teams to maintain equipment reliability and performance.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to engineering projects.
Maintain accurate maintenance and shift records.
Ensure compliance with health & safety and food safety standards at all times.
About You Time-served or qualified in Mechanical, Electrical, or Multi-Skilled Engineering (HNC/HND or equivalent).
Proven experience in an FMCG or food manufacturing environment.
Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
