Our client has developed an excellent reputation over the years and they have become an established consultancy within the property & construction space offering CDM, H&S, Principal Designer and BSA services to clients.
The business is looking to hire an experienced CDM Site Inspector to their team of likeminded safety & compliance professionals (team sat at 12).
The successful candidate will oversee a diverse portfolio of construction projects across the South East.
They work on multimillion pound projects up to the value of £500m, this includes schemes in the residential, commercial, hotel, leisure, heritage, education, healthcare and education projects.
The role would suit an experienced CDM professional from a consultancy background who is looking for the next step in their career and would like to join a dynamic business which is going through an exciting period of growth.
Responsibilities: Conduct site inspections across London and the Home Counties.
Provide practical health and safety advice to retained clients.
Support clients in achieving compliance with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM Regulations).
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Liaise with clients, designers, and principal contractors to support compliance and safe project delivery.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current Health and Safety legislation and industry best practice.
Requirements: NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent.
NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent (desirable but not required).
Membership to IOSH, APS, IIRSM or similar professional body.
Excellent understanding of 2015 CDM Regulations.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
