HR Advisor, £37,000 Per Annum, Lancashire
Macmillan Davies is excited to be working with a leading business in the industrial sector who are looking for a HR Advisor to join their team. This role will function to provide end to end HR support across the business.
About the role:
* Manage employee relations cases providing advice in line with UK employment law.
* Lead investigations, hearings, and outcomes.
* Build strong relationships with managers and developing capability in handling people issues.
* Support absence management by monitoring trends as well as using HR data to identify risks and improvements.
* Support recruitment including shortlisting, interview coordination and onboarding duties.
* Being the first point of contact for all HR queries and escalating where required.
* Deliver HR operational processes across the employee lifecycle ensuring accurate records and systems.
* Maintain compliance with UK employment law and internal policies.
About You:
* Strong HR generalist with ER focus and confident managing ER cases
* Influences and supports managers
* Solid UK employment law knowledge
* Organised and able to prioritise
* Uses data to inform decisions
* Strong communicator.
