Evri is looking for a Finance Business Partner to support our International Inbound area - one of the most dynamic, fast-growing parts of the business. You’ll play a critical role in financial planning, reporting, and performance management across the year, ensuring we’re making the smartest decisions to maximise profitability and long-term growth.

1. Produce high-quality weekly and monthly financial reporting, highlighting risks and opportunities.
2. Partner with client managers to analyse client profitability, supporting rate and volume decisions.
3. Conduct weekly debt reviews to strengthen cash flow performance.
4. Lead annual budget cycles and in-year reforecasts.
5. Present clear, visually engaging financial updates to stakeholders, driving discussion and challenge.
6. Work closely with the commercial team to build business plans and budgets that add real value.
7. Identify opportunities to influence stakeholders and deliver profit improvements.
8. Review commercial contracts to ensure strong performance, with a particular focus on surcharges.
9. Support decision-making by articulating commercial rationales with client managers and senior finance leaders.
10. Build strong cross-functional relationships to challenge and support financial performance.
11. Own the month-end process for your area, ensuring accuracy and meaningful outputs.

12. A degree-level education and a full professional accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA/ACA).
13. A strong understanding of P&Ls, budgetary control, and financial reporting.
14. Experience partnering with a wide range of stakeholders, ideally in a fast-paced, growing business.
15. Experience in logistics or supply chain (advantageous but not essential).
16. A proactive mindset and a passion for improving financial performance.
17. Highly analytical with excellent commercial judgement.
18. Confident influencing senior leaders and challenging decisions respectfully and effectively.
