The hourly rate for this role is £12.69 and up to £14.05 across selected locations within London.

Exceptional patient-centred care is at the heart of everything we do. As a Pharmacy Dispenser, you'll help patients feel good by providing clear advice, care, and a wide range of dispensing services. Daily responsibilities
Providing health advice through focused conversations with patients, ensuring they leave informed and confident about their healthcare needs.
Your duties include:
1. Tailoring conversations to ensure customers feel informed and confident about their healthcare needs.
2. Handling technical dispensary tasks such as ordering medicines, labelling, dispensing, endorsing, and collecting prescriptions, while ensuring the safe supply of medicines.
3. Complying with legal and professional requirements and guidelines.
4. Engaging with GPs and practice teams to promote services and products.
5. Ensuring efficient dispensary operations and minimizing dispensing losses.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants should have an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Pharmacy Services and previous experience as a Pharmacy Dispenser. Completion of a Medicines Counter Assistant (NVQ2) qualification or equivalent is required, with support provided for training if not already completed. Opportunities exist for further professional development toward NVQ Level 3 and registration with GPHC as a Pharmacy Technician, potentially leading to an Accuracy Checking Pharmacy Technician (ACPT) role.
