Edwards Employment Solutions are recruiting on behalf of our private client, for an experienced German Speaking, Outbound B2B Appointment Setter.

What We’re Looking For
Minimum 12 months telesales or face-to-face sales experience
Fluent/Native German Speaker
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & German
Technically minded with an interest in technology
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
A tenacious, adaptable, and resilient mindset
Thrive in a target-driven environment with a team-player attitude
Highly motivated, with a positive outlook and drive to succeed
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound B2B calls on behalf of clients to generate new leads and arrange appointments
Maintain a consistently high standard of quality work
Accurately record activity and report to your Team Manager
Represent the client’s brand in a professional and positive manner
Working Hours & Location
Monday to Friday (no weekends)
Full-time, 40 hours per week, flexibility between 8am–8pm
Can work remotely, from home.
