Senior Health and Protection Consultant - Scotland

We are seeking a talented Senior Health & Protection Consultant to join our Large Corporate Consulting Team at Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB). The role will be based in our Edinburgh, Glasgow or Aberdeen office. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain a portfolio of Healthcare and Protection clients, providing quality consulting advice and ongoing service.
* Ensure that revenue from this portfolio is profitable and expand business lines and service delivery where appropriate.
* Manage and develop strong client relationships, win new business, and work proactively with internal teams to deliver client expectations in line with agreed account plans.
Qualifications
* In‑depth Healthcare and Group Risk knowledge is essential.
* Financial and commercial acumen, including fee negotiation skills.
* Strong consulting and relationship‑management skills.
* Technical, product and process knowledge.
* Inter‑personal, communication and time‑management skills.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
