This role empowers men and women to feel confident through personalized luxury consultations for skincare, makeup and award-winning fragrances, while driving brand awareness and sales.
We are looking for someone passionate about exceptional service and luxury beauty, even if you have no prior industry experience. You should be approachable, friendly and thrive in a team, creating a positive environment for both colleagues and clients at the counter.
Mission
Provide exceptional service to L'Oréal Group customers and achieve sales targets.
To be successful…
Ability to work flexibly during retail hours, which includes evenings, weekends and holidays.
* Have a desire to learn fundamental product knowledge (features, benefits, usage) and application techniques to provide the best results for clients.
* Generate sales to achieve sales targets by applying multi-brand selling methods, product knowledge and being able to follow basic service flow.
* Be comfortable stopping traffic when relevant, to share L'Oréal group beauty with more people.
* Ability to use POS software and other digital systems required to successfully run the counter.
* Maintain the counter/store quality and merchandising, including appearance and cleanliness, follow merchandising guidelines and ensure on-shelf product availability.
* Develop positive relationships with airport floor managers and head office.
* Be a brand ambassador with your attitude, eventing, and on-brand grooming.
* Convey passion and master storytelling.
* Connect with clients and care, provide good solutions and after-sales service.
