Radiology Assistant - FlexiBank
One Hatfield Hospital, part of Phoenix Hospital Group has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Radiology Assistant to join our superb diagnostic imaging team.
Please note: this is a FlexiBank role working on an 'as and when required' basis; you will be required to supplement staffing levels during busy periods and provide cover for existing staff during periods of annual leave or absence.
Reporting to the Diagnostic Imaging Manager, the successful Radiology Assistant will provide support to the radiographers and consultant radiologists with radiological procedures in line with national guidelines, hospital policies and best practice standards.

Qualifications:
* Minimum GCSE education or equivalent
* NVQ or equivalent, Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care preferred
Experience:
* Minimum of 1 years experience in a clinical healthcare setting.
* Ability to learn and develop and undertake appropriate training for the role.
Skills:
* Patient focused; able to deliver a high standard of customer care
* Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business
* Basic computer skills; familiar with MS Office suite
* Sound written and verbal communication skills
* Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and commitment to patient safety.
Desirables:
* Experience in the private healthcare sector
* Previous experience in radiology healthcare.
