About the Role As Chef de Partie, you'll oversee all aspects of your area in the kitchen management, including: Menu Development - Create and present dishes to the specified standards. Team Leadership - Train, motivate, and develop any junior members of the team. Stock & Cost Control - Assist with stock systems, monitor waste and GP targets. Compliance & Standards - Ensure food safety, hygiene, and maintain a 5★ Operational Excellence - Produce food in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities Be a leader in the team kitchen Manage stock using our new system (Polaris Quantum experience is a plus). Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations. Collaborate with the Head Chef, General Manager and Front of House team for seamless service. Essential Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a similar setting.
