This is a great opportunity for a highly competent and professional administrator to take on a substantial amount of responsibility as they work with and support a range of stakeholders within the College, at schools and within the University. The successful candidate will be a highly competent and professional administrator, ideally with some experience of admissions in an educational setting and/or working in Cambridge University or its constituent colleges. The role blends substantial work within and at the helm of a team with periods of more independent activity. You will help to lead the admissions team to deliver the best possible experience for admissions applicants between October and January, working closely with the Tutor for Admissions & Outreach and Directors of Studies in the College. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and organisational skills, as well as exceptional computer literacy and experience of working with databases. High level of accuracy and attention to detail are essential, as are the ability to work flexibly during the busiest periods of the year for the office (August, and October through to January).
