About the Role
We're seeking a ServiceNow Technical Architect to join a dynamic and innovative technology team. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in architecting and delivering high-quality ServiceNow solutions, mentoring development teams, and contributing to technical excellence across large-scale programmes.
As a Technical Architect, you'll have the opportunity to influence design decisions, implement advanced solutions, and help drive the adoption of the latest ServiceNow features, including AI and cloud integrations.
Key Responsibilities
* Architect and implement complex ServiceNow solutions across multiple product lines.
* Lead, mentor, and manage teams of ServiceNow developers.
* Provide technical oversight and design authority on key programmes.
* Stay up to date with ServiceNow innovations, new applications, and best practices.
* Drive continuous improvement in methodology, quality standards, and service offerings.
* Collaborate with peers to ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and governance principles.
* Apply advanced scripting, integrations, and cloud knowledge to deliver high-quality solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
* Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.
* Experience leading teams of ServiceNow developers and implementing quality standards (code and architectural reviews).
* 5+ ServiceNow CIS certifications.
* Experience with at least three ServiceNow product lines outside of ITSM (e.g., ITOM, ITAM, HR, CSM, SPM, HAM/SAM).
* Advanced scripting and integration skills - JavaScript, SQL, API/Web Services.
* Experience integrating ServiceNow with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
* Process-oriented, able to operate as a technical authority, and comfortable collaborating with peers.
* SC clearance desirable, or the ability to obtain it.
Desirable Skills
* Experience with cloud migration projects.
* Exposure to GenAI or AI-powered ServiceNow solutions.
* ITIL v4 certification or equivalent.
