Your duties will include:
· Supervising shifts to ensure the smooth running of the food and beverage service areas.
* Leading with an excellent standard of customer service
* Assisting with managing the team, including training and developing staff.
* Serving food & beverages to guests.
* Maintaining a clean and organised service area.
