The Residential Valuation Surveyor role:
Undertake Red Book valuations on predominantly residential properties for IHT, CGT, disposal and acquisition purposes, along with Expert Witness reports depending on your experience
Carry out property inspections to produce accurate and compliant residential valuation reports
Ensure reporting meets regulatory requirements and adheres to all legislation and policies
Attend networking events and liaise with industry professionals to help generate future work.
The Residential Valuation Surveyor person:
RICS registered valuer
Full UK Driving License and use of own car that is insured for business use.
