Requisition Title and Job Details: Dorset BH8 9DA | £12.60 Per hour | 16 Hour Contract | Weekend availability may be required.

You will help us make health happen by acting as the link between the main kitchen and residents, assisting with meal preparation, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
Responsibilities
* Act as the link between the main kitchen and residents.
* Assist the chefs to plate meals, prepare food trolleys and ensure preparation areas are kept clean and tidy.
* Monitor stock rotation and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, following all mandatory COSHH and HACCP guidelines.
* Assist with catering for special events such as summer BBQs and Christmas parties.
Key Skills / Qualifications
A passion for food with previous experience in a kitchen and a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate. You should deliver excellent service at each meal and help residents feel at home. You will understand the importance of maintaining high standards in and around the home, ensuring residents enjoy a pleasant dining experience. You will work with the wider kitchen and care home teams and be comfortable communicating with others, cherishing moments with residents.
