We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate *Nursing Home Manager* to lead our wonderful team and ensure the highest standards of care for our residents.*About the Role*As the Nursing Home Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and promoting a culture of excellence in care delivery. You will oversee all aspects of clinical and operational management, providing leadership, guidance, and support to your team.*Key Responsibilities*
* Oversee the safe, smooth, and efficient running of the home in line with company policies and CQC standards.
* Oversee payroll, invoices, accounts
* Ensure the highest standards of care, health, and safety for residents and staff.
* Lead, motivate, and support a dedicated team of nurses and care staff.
* Implement and monitor policies, procedures, and best practices.
* Manage staff training and development to maintain high levels of clinical competence.
* Maintain compliance with the Care Standards Act 2000 and all relevant legislation.
* Foster positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
*Requirements*
* Registered Nurse qualification (*RGN* or *RMN*) with an active *NMC Pin* *(essential).*
* Level 4 or Level 5 Management qualification.
* Proven experience managing an elderly nursing home.
* Strong clinical knowledge and excellent leadership skills.
* Confident in managing teams and supporting staff development.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* In-depth understanding of CQC regulations and best practices in elderly care.
