our successful team at the Ham Yard Hotel. As the face of our renowned
restaurant, you will be instrumental in providing a warm and inviting welcome
to our guests, ensuring they enjoy an exceptional dining experience from the
moment they arrive.
Responsibilities:
* Greet
guests with a friendly and inspirational demeanour, ensuring they feel welcomed
and valued.
* Efficiently
manage the seating arrangements to maximise guest comfort and restaurant flow.
* Handle
reservations and manage booking schedules with precision and attention to
detail.
* Liaise
with restaurant the restaurant team to ensure seamless service and address
guest needs promptly.
* Maintain
the welcoming atmosphere of the restaurant, contributing to the overall guest
experience.
What you Need:
* A keen
willingness to work collaboratively with our dedicated team.
* A passion
for delivering outstanding customer service with every interaction.
* A
meticulous approach to managing reservations and seating arrangements.
* A
positive and energetic attitude that enhances the guest experience.
* Previous
experience in a similar environment is desirable but not essential; a passion
for hospitality is a must.
