Description Birmingham Children's Trust is seeking an experienced Senior Practitioner Social Worker to join our Children in Need Team. As a Senior Practitioner, you will provide expert guidance and support to social workers while managing a complex caseload. You will champion best practices, mentor less experienced colleagues, and ensure high-quality interventions that make a real difference in children’s lives.
