This is a permanent role that calls for an engineer with a strong passion for the automotive industry and a keen interest in learning and development. Key Responsibilities: Deliver a professional learning experience every time Provide agreed number of days of learning through a blended approach of virtual and attended courses Conduct technical training events such as new product or technical update meetings Deliver technical training across partner groups Propose continual improvements to course structure and delivery Provide technical learning for new inductees and assess their competence Offer individual coaching for delegates as required Create training solutions that deliver added value Adapt teaching style to suit the audience, ensuring consistent delivery of key messages Build positive working relationships with staff and management teams Job Requirements: Experience in a training delivery role with preferable experience in technical training Understanding and preferably a qualification in High Voltage systems Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in recognising and responding to different learning styles Strong personal presence, confidence, and credibility Ability to interact with a wide variety of delegates Flexibility and resilience Willingness to travel and stay away if required ...
