What Youll Be Doing
Support the Head Chef in running daily kitchen operations Lead, train, and develop the back:of:house team Keep prep, service, and hygiene standards sharp and consistent Ensure food is delivered fast, fresh, and full of flavour Take charge of stock control, health and safety, and daily systems Be a positive, motivating force in the kitchen What Youll Need
Experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous in a busy kitchen Love for bold, high:quality food and fast service Calm, confident approach under pressure Strong leadership and communication skills Solid understanding of kitchen safety, systems, and structure Enthusiasm to grow and evolve with a popular brand Whats In It For You
