We are currently recruiting for a Trade Sales Manager to join our client’s automotive parts store in Brentwood.
Our client is offering the successful Trade Sales Manager up to 38,000 OTE.

Monday to Friday working pattern with standard hours of 8:00am to 5:30pm
Occasional weekends required for automotive events and car shows

Lead, manage and motivate a team of automotive professionals, ensuring the dealership is adequately resourced.
Develop and roll out dealership marketing and publicity strategies to support objectives.
Support the dealerships to consistently achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
Ensure dealership activities are conducted in line with our clients, manufacturer and regulatory requirements.
Representing the company at industry events and showsRequirements:
Proven experience in a similar trade sale or B2B sales role within the automotive industry
Be results driven with a key focus on meeting objectives
Adaptable, analytical and a strong communicator.
