What’s the Role…
We are hiring two Swimming Programme Coordinators responsible for managing daily swimming classes, liaising with the Swimming Programme Manager, and ensuring high-quality delivery. Strong organisational skills and multitasking ability are essential.

About you
This opportunity is ideal for those looking to develop leadership skills while gaining practical experience in delivering high-quality swim programmes.
You will need:
* GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and English at grade C / Level 4 or above
* A positive attitude and a willingness to lead by example
* An interest in swim instruction and working with children and families
* The commitment to complete an apprenticeship alongside your duties
What’s the role
Lead and manage a team of swim instructors and assistants, support their development, and monitor the swim school programme. Plan workloads, resolve issues, and build positive relationships with colleagues, swimmers, and parents. You will also deliver sessions in the water and gain relevant swim instructor/teacher qualifications.
About the Apprenticeship
This nationally recognized qualification covers operational planning, team management, communication, and relationship building. The course starts in February or September, with a local college, combining structured learning with your role.
Working Hours
37 hours per week with one day at college.
Base Salary
Apprentice rate – £7.55 per hour.
