Senior Channel Account Manager – IT Infrastructure & Services Bracknell (Hybrid) / £60–80k base uncapped commission We’re supporting a well-established technology services provider that’s entering an exciting new phase of growth. They’re now seeking a Senior Channel Account Manager to expand their presence across the UK channel ecosystem. The role focuses on identifying and engaging new MSP, reseller and distributor partners, building long-term strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth. What you’ll be doing * Identify, engage and secure new channel partners across MSP, reseller and distributor networks * Manage the full sales cycle from first outreach to onboarding * Build strong, consultative, long-term partner relationships * Develop revenue across onboarded partners through structured account planning * Collaborate closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure seamless partner experience * Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management and CRM reporting What we’re looking for * Strong channel sales experience within the IT/technology sector * Proven success acquiring (not just managing) channel partners * Experience delivering £1M individual sales targets * Confident engaging Director/C-Suite stakeholders * Consultative, solutions-led selling style * Self-motivated, commercially driven and comfortable in a growth-phase environment What’s on offer * £60–80k base salary uncapped commission * 25 days holiday * Hybrid working - 3 days office * Join a collaborative, established team backed by private equity * Play a key role in shaping the next stage of growth for a respected specialist provider Please apply here with your CV
