Job Description:
A specialist Bureaux expert providing high levels of technical leadership, facilitating complex query resolution, managing key metrics, and maintaining excellent relationships with Accounting Teams, Xchanging, and Business Units.
The Role:
* Provide technical solutions to issues
* Manage the metrics to ensure all actions are taken to achieve these
* Manage B&DD positions, intervening as necessary to reduce bad debt
* Guide recovery of funded positions
* Maintain ongoing relationships and facilitate clear communication between BUs, A&S Ipswich, Mumbai, and Xchanging
* Provide visibility within BUs to facilitate query resolution
* Attend relevant meetings to ensure successful outcomes
* Support Mumbai on escalated issues and identify training needs for the team
* Mentor colleagues and share knowledge to ensure understanding of the Bureaux Team's role and operations
