MacGregor Black are partnering with a leading food manufacturing business on the search for a Senior National Account Manager. This is a permanent role based in Yorkshire.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and develop strategic relationships with major UK grocery retail customers, driving profitable and sustainable growth.
* Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) processes, building long-term collaborative partnerships with customers.
* Deliver commercial negotiations across pricing, promotions, range reviews and trading agreements.
* Identify opportunities to grow category share, distribution and promotional effectiveness.
* Work cross-functionally with category, marketing, NPD and supply chain teams to deliver best-in-class customer execution.
* Analyse sales performance, market data and category insights to inform account strategy.
* Deliver against revenue, volume and margin targets across your account portfolio.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience operating as a Senior National Account Manager or National Account Manager within FMCG or food manufacturing.
* Established relationships with major UK grocery retailers (e.g. Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Asda, Morrisons, Waitrose, Co-op etc.).
* Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering profitable account growth.
* Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
* Highly analytical with the ability to translate insights into clear commercial actions.
* Must be based in Yorkshire or open to a Yorkshire-based role.
Salary + Benefits: £70,000
