The job
1. Experienced in leading a small team of driver colleagues, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high levels of performance and productivity.
2. Implement ongoing training initiatives to keep team members updated on new products, customer requirements, best practices, and company policies.
3. Take ownership of the team's area, overseeing day-to-day operations, resolving issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
