TodayTix Group (TTG) is the global e-commerce leader for cultural experiences, designing frictionless discovery and purchase journeys through innovative product design and industry-leading technology. Our portfolio of brands––including TodayTix, New York Theatre Guide, London Theatre, Show-Score, Arthouse, Arthouse London and Secret Cinema––connects millions of customers with the best in live entertainment.
We are looking for an experienced, highly organized and production-minded Partnerships Account Manager to join our team on a part‑time contract. This role is ideal for someone who can quickly integrate into a fast‑paced production environment and take ownership of delivering best‑in‑class brand partnerships from day one. Created to support the delivery of Secret Cinema's upcoming productions, Grease: The Immersive Movie Musical and Disney’s Pirates of the Caribbean: The Immersive Adventure, the role will play a critical part during key planning, build and live delivery phases.
This is a part-time, three‑month fixed‑term contract, with strong potential to convert to a permanent role. Qualified candidates must be based in the Greater London area. The standard expectation is a minimum of two days per week in the office/on‑site, with flexibility to work remotely for the remainder. We are ideally seeking someone available to start as soon as possible.
Commitment of a minimum of three days per week, with additional hours required during project delivery phases. Salary: £45,000–£55,000 FTE (pro rata based on agreed working pattern), dependent on experience.
Because of the live nature of our productions, working hours are not always strictly 9‑to‑5. During high‑stakes delivery windows—specifically show builds, technical rehearsals, preview weeks and opening runs—this role will require flexible working patterns, including evening and weekend work on‑site to oversee partner activations, host VIP guests and ensure delivery meets our exacting standards.
