Key responsibilities
* Install and commission the battery energy storage device according to technical requirements.
* Debug the battery energy storage device and troubleshoot faults, then restore the energy storage system.
* Prepare site plans and organize installing and commissioning work.
* Complete the energy storage technical transformation and maintenance according to the site leader’s arrangement.
Qualification and expertise
* At least 2‑3 years of battery energy storage system (BESS) commissioning experience.
* Relevant occupational certificates such as CSCS card, IOSH, NEBOSH or SMSTS for electrical, power electronics and other related fields.
* High‑voltage electrician certificate or low‑voltage electrician certificate – priority to work.
* Strong work ethic, ability to adapt to long‑term on‑site work, and excellent visual acuity.
* Strong communication skills and proficiency in office software.
* IELTS 5.0 or above; willingness to continue learning English if native or fluent language.
* Obey the company’s arrangements and team management.
* Mandarin language skills preferred to close the operational gap and product knowledge gap; you will work with China HQ R&D and product team on a daily basis.
