2 posts available for Personal Assistants required to provide support to a young child with a disability living in the Crook area. Hours/Wage: £13.00 per hour.
2 workers needed to work together on a Saturday or Sunday for 6 hours per week during term time. During school holidays an additional 9 hours per week are available for each employee. This can be discussed and arranged with employer.
There is also an additional 14 hours per week (Monday to Sunday 2 hours per day) and 9 hours per week (Monday to Friday) the following week.
Duties:
To support client to go out and access the community and activities. Personal Care: Getting client up from bed & dressed & ready for school am call, approx. 6:50 am – 7:50 am. Support with feeding & shower pm call approx. 4:30pm – 5:30pm.
Additional Requirements/Information: Experience not essential as training will be provided. A driver's licence and access to a car would be preferred but not essential. An enhanced DBS disclosure will be required – the cost will be covered by the employer.
