This position will suit a skilled Mould Setter / Technician with prior injection moulding processing, machinery and polymer material knowledge
Role:
Safe mounting and dismounting of injection mould tools
Accurate setting of injection moulding tools and operating moulding machines
Tool changes and process set-up
Basic machine maintenance
Tool Trials
Quality Control
Material section and control
Supervision of operators on shift
Experience Requirements:
Previous experience as an Injection Moulding Technician/Setter
Good experience with injection moulding machinery and robots
Good knowledge of plastics and the uses/properties
Knowledge of material section & control
Technical and analytical with the ability to problem solve
Experience in process optimization & troubleshooting
Good communications skills
Leadership skills and a strong team player
