About the Role

The successful Administrator will be assertive, positive and flexible with the desire to be that person that everyone turns to for support!!
This is a 25hr a week contract and we can be flexible on the start and end time; this would suit someone looking for work that could cater for school hours or potential mornings and afternoons.
The Administrator will be working within our property moveout team, ensuring any admin tasks that are required within your workload and wider team are completed. You will be required to complete end tenancy paperwork, process invoices, analyse and input data. There will also be a requirement to take calls, so you must be confident on the phone dealing with customers and queries. You must be able to prioritise workload and know what needs doing at each time, have a high level of customer service with great communication skills.
Key to the role is experience in working with high volume and fast turnarounds maintaining an efficient and accurate approach.
Key Criteria:
1. Good level of verbal and written communication
2. IT literate – strong knowledge and understanding of Microsoft packages
3. Ability to prioritise and manage workload to deadlines
4. Attention to detail
5. Ability to prioritise deadlines
6. Will answer calls – Must be confident and dealing with queries on the phone
7. Customer Service
8. Good communication skills
9. Previous experience in Administration or customer service would be ideal
