Responsibilities required for the role are: As a Health Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping our Service Users maintain independence and enjoy fulfilling lives at home. Your day-to-day tasks may include: Supporting Service Users with personal care needs such as washing, dressing, and incontinence care. Encouraging independence and involvement in daily routines. Preparing meals and snacks to support nutritional needs. Assisting with light domestic tasks to maintain a clean, safe home environment. Accompanying Service Users to appointments or community activities. Providing companionship and emotional support. Shift Patterns ️ At Kelly Park, we understand the importance of work-life balance. We currently have opportunities which include but are not just limited too: Mornings / Lunch (typically between 7:00am – 3:00pm) Tea time / Evenings (typically between 3:00pm – 10:00pm) Full days (with appropriate breaks) Flexible availability across weekdays and alternate weekends Location we hate commuting too! we will do our best to provide clients as close to you as possible. We look for people who are: Trustworthy Compassionate Patient Adaptable Multiskilled (cooking & cleaning skills are a bonus) Along with a superhero personality, we also require a clear Enhanced DBS as well as two satisfactory references. Any previous training records and health and social qualifications for the role would be of great benefit, in addition Kelly Park Limited offer support with training/qualifications and continued professional development. Pay we will pay you £13.70 per hour and £14.50 on bank holidays, we are offering Early Pay no waiting for payday thanks to our bespoke service, allowing you to access your pay when you need it. 45p Mileage allowance paid. Pension scheme. Holidays 5.6 weeks per annum (pro-rata). Training full paid practical training including induction & shadowing will be provided. Reward and recognition scheme.
