Job Title: Level 3 Qualified Nursery PractitionerLocation: Trowbridge, WiltshireHours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pmContract: PermanentWe are looking for Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioners to join a friendly early years team in Trowbridge. This is a full-time, permanent role, ideal for someone passionate about providing high-quality care and education for young children.The role - as a Nursery Practitioner, you will:
* Provide a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5
* Support children's learning and development in line with the EYFS
* Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities
* Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
* Observe, assess and record children's progress
* Promote safeguarding, wellbeing and inclusive practice at all times
Requirements
* Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (essential)
* Availability to work 8:30am-5:30pm every weekday
* A genuine passion for working with young children
* Good understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
