Position responsibilities include but aren't limited to: Engage positively and professionally with all guests and colleagues. Have an excellent customer service attitude and work ethic by providing an exemplary level of service to our guests. Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and management. Have a flexible schedule that allows you to work evenings and weekends often. Have excellent knowledge of the food and beverages served in the F&B outlets. Develop your knowledge and abilities with the Bar Program, with the guidance of the House and Bars Manager. Daily running of the Bar and House operations including food and beverage service, regular cleaning of bar areas, and assisting with monthly stock take.
