Community Nurse – NHS – Cannock & Burton
Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a Community Nurse to work across Cannock and Burton within the NHS.
Contract Length: Initially 3 months, with potential for extension
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
Location: Community-based role across multiple sitesKey Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality nursing care in the community
Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans
Administer medication and treatments as prescribed
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teamsRequirements:
Previous experience in community nursing
NMC registration
