Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Clifton. The role involves delivering key day-to-day tasks such as managing property sales or lettings processes, liaising with clients, negotiating deals, generating market appraisals, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. The individual will also contribute to meeting sales targets, conducting property viewings, and staying updated on local property market trends to ensure effective service delivery.
Qualifications
Thorough understanding of property sales, lettings, and market trends
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Time management, organizational skills, and an ability to deliver results under pressure
Driven and self-motivated, with strong problem-solving capabilities
Proficiency in using digital tools, property management systems, and CRM platforms
Experience in property management, real estate, or related fields is highly advantageous
A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
