Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Functional Consultant to support the delivery of Oracle Cloud Procurement solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in implementing and supporting end-to-end P2P processes, working closely with clients to design, configure, and optimise procurement and financial workflows.
You will be responsible for delivering projects in line with established methodologies, ensuring high-quality solution design, stakeholder engagement, and successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support the implementation of Oracle Cloud Procure-to-Pay (P2P) solutions across client engagements.
* Gather, analyse, and document business requirements; perform fit-gap analysis and propose optimal solutions.
* Design end-to-end business processes including scenario design, process flows, and functional specifications.
* Configure Oracle Cloud Procurement and Financial modules in line with business requirements.
* Support integrations between Oracle Cloud and third-party or legacy systems.
* Deliver solution prototyping, system testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment activities.
* Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and training sessions for end users.
* Provide post-go-live support and assist in defining support procedures.
* Manage multiple workstreams and ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
* Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure seamless execution.
* Travel to client sites where required by project scope.
Required Skills & Experience
* Proven experience delivering Oracle Cloud Procure-to-Pay (P2P) implementations.
* Strong functional knowledge of procurement and finance business processes.
* Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, and testing.
* Ability to manage stakeholders and communicate effectively across business and technical teams.
* Experience working in both onsite and offshore delivery models.
* Strong documentation skills aligned with structured delivery methodologies.
* Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities.
