A leading accountancy firm in Leicester is hiring for a Key Position: Audit and Accounts Manager to support their teams and meet increasing client demands.
This is a key leadership role within the firm, overseeing one of their Audit and Accounts teams.
Role Highlights:
Leading and managing audits from planning through to completion
Supervising and mentoring junior team members
Managing a diverse client portfolio
Preparing statutory accounts
Acting as a key point of contact for clients, delivering high-quality service
Role split: approximately 75% Audit / 25% Accounts
Most audits are local, completed within standard working hours – no extended travel or late nights
Salary: Dependent on experience, with a generous package on offer.
