This is a high-impact Technical Manager role sitting at the heart of a fast-paced, fresh produce business, leading this retailer account and driving standards across a global supply base.
You'll be the link between supplier, site, and customer - ensuring product safety, quality, compliance, and innovation are delivered at the highest level.
Own supplier relationships (UK & overseas)
Drive standards across food safety, quality, legality & ESG
Lead technical performance & reporting
Own KPI reporting (quality, shelf life, complaints, waste)
Lead product, packaging & varietal trials
Collaborate with Commercial, Packaging, Compliance & Ops
Drive quality culture and performance across the supply chain
Strong Technical / Quality background within fresh produce or food manufacturing
Experience managing retailer accounts (ideally M&S)
Data-driven xkybehq with the ability to turn insight into action
Strong communicator - able to influence at all levels Comfortable with UK & international travel
