About the Role
Were looking for a motivated and creativeTrainee Digital Marketing Assistantto join our team. Youll work closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Executive, supporting a wide range of digital and creative activities that help drive brand awareness and sales across both B2B and B2C markets.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about social media, content creation, and digital marketing, and whos ready to develop their skills in a hands-on role within a growing, values-driven business.
Key Responsibilities
Create and manage engaging content across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, and TikTok.
Support email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and customer communications.
Update and maintain website content, including product listings, blogs, and promotional material.
Assist in designing print materials such as flyers, banners, and event collateral.
Film, present, and produce professional video content.
Identify and act on emerging social media trends, particularly on TikTok and YouTube.
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to deliver effective campaigns.
Skills & Attributes
Confident in front of the camera with strong presentation and filming skills.
Creative, organised, and able to manage time effectively.
Proactive and able to show initiative when working independently.
Strong IT literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.
A good eye for design and attention to detail.
Interest in digital marketing and working within an ethical, community-focused business is an advantage.
