Job Responsibilities
1. Review and communicate with initial customer enquiries regarding work proposals on or near network rail property.
2. Gather and record information about work scope and methods of working.
3. Communicate and collaborate with team colleagues including engineers, project managers, planners, and portfolio managers.
4. Maintain communication with the customer and act as the lead contact for the works.
5. Review risk assessments and method statements, either individually or with the engineer.
6. Interface with the customer for booking and arranging protection measures such as possessions, line blocks, and Network Rail site attendance.
7. Undertake safety reviews and monitor ongoing works.
8. Coordinate with Network Rail site supervisors to ensure briefing of method statements and site information.
Requirements
* Possession and COSS certifications are required.
* The work split is approximately 40% administrative tasks and 60% on-site activities.
* Ability to drive to various sites across the network for initial assessments and ongoing management visits.
