Account Executive (Commercial & Rural)
Location: Aberdeen
Salary: Up to £70,000 base plus bonus and car allowance

What’s on Offer?
* Established Portfolio – You’ll inherit a quality commercial portfolio generating between £150,000 – £200,000 in income, with a clear focus on client retention and sustainable growth.
* High-Quality New Business Support – The leadership team generates a strong pipeline of new business leads through strategic partnerships, marketing campaigns, and internal referrals—providing you with warm opportunities to grow your book further.
* Your client portfolio will be mixed across both commercial clientele and those in the farm/rural market.
* Succession-Driven Growth – With longer-term succession planning in place, you'll benefit from access to established clients over the next 3–5 years, allowing you to significantly grow your income and capitalise on the brilliant bonus scheme of offer.
* Client-Centric Geography – The client base is primarily located across Aberdeen and the North West, and surrounding areas, so being locally based will allow you to build deeper relationships and maximise your visibility in the market.
