Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical delivery of large-scale construction projects valued above £20m
- Manage projects from detailed design through to completion
- Produce and coordinate technical information, specifications, and construction documentation
- Lead and mentor junior team members and coordinate outsourced delivery partners
- Manage consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary design teams
- Maintain client relationships while ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
Required Skills and Experience
- Extensive experience as an Architectural Technologist or Senior Architectural Technologist
- Strong job-running experience delivering complex construction projects
- Advanced Revit proficiency and technical coordination skills
- Experience preparing technical specifications and detailed design information
- Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction legislation
- Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and stakeholders
