About the Role:
* Supporting children in a Reception classroom (ages 4–5) with day-to-day learning activities and routines
* Assisting the class teacher with phonics, numeracy, creative play, and small group work
* Encouraging positive behaviour and building children’s confidence and social skills
* Helping to set up engaging learning areas both inside and outdoors
* Supporting children with varying abilities and needs to ensure everyone can thrive
* Contributing to the warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes this school so special

What We’re Looking For:
* Experience working with young children (in a school, nursery, or similar setting)
* A genuine passion for early childhood education
* The ability to engage children through play, imagination, and positive reinforcement
* Flexibility, patience, and a can-do attitude
* A reliable and friendly team player who enjoys being part of a collaborative school community
(A Level 2/3 TA qualification or equivalent experience would be desirable.)
