* Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to fee earners
* High‑quality audio typing and document production
* Managing files, diaries, and correspondence with accuracy and discretion
* Acting as a key point of contact for clients and third parties
* Coordinating KYC and compliance requirements across files
* Supporting billing and accounts processes when required
Experience and Qualifications
* Previous experience as a Legal Secretary within Residential Property or Conveyancing or strong administration/ secretarial experience within a similar industry
* Strong audio typing and document production skills
* Confident use of Microsoft Office and document management systems
* Excellent organisation and time‑management abilities
* A precise, methodical approach with high attention to detail
