Are you a methodical and detail-oriented technician with a keen eye for quality and a flair for problem-solving? We have an opportunity for a Test Engineer/Technician to join our growing team based in Caernarfon, North Wales.
In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for inspecting and testing innovative products post-assembly, identifying and resolving any issues that arise, and ensuring all associated documentation and processes are accurately completed. You will follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), perform PAT testing, troubleshoot faults, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in your workspace.
As a Test Engineer/Technician your Key duties will include:
Conducting thorough inspection and testing of finished products
Troubleshooting faults and maintaining records of findings
Performing PAT testing and storing test equipment properly
Managing documentation in both electronic and paper formats
Supporting supplier management, including maintaining the Approved Supplier List
What we’re looking for:
Strong attention to detail and a systematic approach to tasks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience handling components and sub-assemblies
Awareness of quality systems (ISO9001, ISO13485 or similar) is a plus
Computer literacy and confidence working with documentation systems
In return you will receive a salary of up to £25,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience on a full-time permanent basis plus company benefits. Working hours are typically 8:30am - 5pm Monday - Thursday & 8:30am - 2pm Fridays.
