Overview
We’re looking for a passionate Sous Chef to support our Head Chef in leading a busy, vibrant kitchen. This is a hands-on role in a popular restaurant where you’ll help deliver fresh, seasonal dishes and keep standards high.
Responsibilities
* Support the Head Chef in running daily kitchen operations
* Lead, motivate, and train the team
* Prepare and cook dishes to a consistently high standard
* Help create seasonal menus and specials
* Ensure kitchen hygiene, safety, and stock control are top-notch
